A group of local yoga teachers, sound healers & holistic therapists working out of this beautifully calm space.
We offer yoga classes suitable for all abilities, & stages of life. We can help you learn the skills you need to stay healthy in body & mind. Weathering the unknown & navigating calm together.
October 2024 we opened our therapy rooms & an additional ground floor studio. A stunning custom designed space offering massage, reflexology, counselling, physio, acupuncture, Reiki & so much more.

Creative Calm is built on community, we strive to offer a welcoming space for all. We are very proud to have the best teachers & therapists under one roof. All are self employed, bringing them together as part of the Creative Calm Family enables us to offer a full package of wellbeing whilst supporting them in their own venture.

​We also offer an established accredited Teacher Training Academy in Hatha Yoga, Kids Yoga, & Pregnancy Yoga as well as a Reiki training programme.

Home of The Yoga Lady and her mini Yogi tribe, we offer a full range of classes for families and kids as well as our ever popular Kids Yoga Holiday Club
