BABY YOGA INFORMATION
Come along with your babies to enjoy a lovely hour of parent and baby yoga with baby massage.

Take some time together with your baby to enjoy gentle exercises, songs and games to help relax, strengthen and rejuvenate. The classes are also a really lovely way to meet other new parents. The sessions are popular so book soon to avoid missing a space.
Pease bring some oil to use on baby (if you want to – dry massage is ok too) either Rapeseed, Coconut or Olive Oil, but patch test first.

Instructions

Come and enjoy this relaxing Pregnancy yoga class, learn how to prepare for birth, breathing techniques and hypnotherapy for birth and beyond. Yoga also helps with many ailments and can help with stress and anxiety.
