This is gentle (but powerful!) relaxing class which respects all of the cycles of a women’s life – the breath cycle, the menstrual cycle (where applicable), the moon cycle and the seasons of the year.
This is a class for ALL women of all ages. Well Women Yoga gently reminds us of the powerful
connection between our bodies and the Earth and helps to gently bring us back to a way of living
which is more in harmony with nature. The class is friendly, relaxed and down to earth.
A women’s practice is useful for all but can be particularly powerful if you are feeling burnt out, are experiencing menstrual cycle or fertility issues, if you are trying to conceive, have experienced
pregnancy loss, are navigating motherhood, or are approaching or have moved through
menopause....it is a practice to support women through all stages of life.
This class aims to be part yoga class, part Women’s circle, mostly focused on movement and
relaxation but with the occasional opportunity for sharing and journaling during the class should you wish. If you are curious come along for a class and see.
