This course will cover; what mindfulness is, an exploration of four different mindfulness practices, the health benefits of mindfulness, addressing stress and overwhelm with mindfulness. The course will be suitable for beginners, those who already have a mindfulness practice and parents and their young people

Slowdown Saturdays-your monthly mini-retreat  Each monthly yoga workshop, we have a different theme or approach to finding your connection to calmness. Karen is a fully qualified Yoga, Somatics & Yoga Nidra teacher. She uses all of these practises to explore moving & then finding stillness,
