Changing Seasons Mini Retreat: Winter to Spring – Sun 12 March 2-5pm

Join Natalie for an afternoon of mindful activity designed to help you pause between one season and the next. This time of year is when we are emerging from winter, starting to feel more energy and light coming into our days; it’s time to embrace our creativity and starting to action our goals and desires.

The event includes:

Mindful meditation – a chance to slow down and come back to yourself

Journaling practice – seasonal prompts for reflection

A short guided nature connection walk – to help you come into the present moment, ground yourself and absorb nature’s wisdom

Creating a vision board – assemble your intentions for the season ahead

Herbal tea and homemade cake – refresh and treat yourself!

You’ll be provided with a yoga mat to sit on and all equipment for the vision board making. Please bring: comfortable clothes suitable for the weather, a cushion to sit on, a journal and pen.

No experience is necessary for any of the activities and all ages/genders/walks of life are welcome 🙂
