Creative Core & Mindfulness Morning

Yeah!! Karen & Bridget are back together in zoomland for July’s monthly workshop. Karen will be exploring how we can move well, using yoga & functional movement to potentially enhance your core stability. You will work with relationships already present in your body to open your awareness to how natural movement can enhance the whole core, including pelvic floor, back, sides & waist. Karen will end her session with yoga nidra for deep relaxation, rejuvenation & regeneration – a bit like Dr. Who!!
Bridget will then lead a 30 min mindfulness session in her own accessible style, which may give you useful tools to navigate our stormy seas.
Unfortunately we are still without Karen’s homemade flapjacks, but the whole practice will provide nourishment.
