I will create a safe space where you can unwind, deeply relax, release/let go of anything that no longer serves you and a space where you can just BE.

Nourishment for your mind, body and soul.

Beautiful sounds through sacred instruments including Quartz crystal bowls, drums, koshi chimes and more…..

During the session I will be offering Reiki Healing to anybody who would like this too!
