There are many different ways to practice meditation that don’t just involve sitting still. This 60 hour training will equip you to deliver different methods confidently that make meditation accessible to all kinds of people. Learn from 2 experienced meditation teachers who will look at practice from a traditional buddhist perspective & mindfulness through to current developments in trauma awareness and a somatic perspective.
Training is a mix of two weekend in-person, 4x monthly online Satsang circle learning and self-study supported with online practice videos.
- You must have at least 1 year’s experience of a consistent meditation practice

The course is bookended with an in-person weekend at our sister studio, EarthSpace on the Wirral.

Satsang learning circles online :
Thursdays 7.00-9.30pm 24 February, 24 March, 28 April & 26 May
Plus 4 hours of experiential learning via 2 online practice videos per month and 1 short essay submission (1000-1500 words) ‘ My Meditation Journey’ to consolidate learning.
An e-certificate will be supplied at the end of the course only if ALL hours are completed.
Tutors: Chelsea Canovas (lead facilitator) & Ewen Sim are both experienced meditation practitioners & teachers with different backgrounds of practice to share with you.
Chelsea shares her knowledge of practice and teaching from Thich Nat Hanh (known as the Father of Mindfulness), delivering courses in Mindfulness from GP referrals for promoting healthier lifestyles, her Somatic Movement Educator background and Shamanism teachings.
Ewen shares his knowledge of mindfulness from a Buddhist perspective, trauma therapy training and his work within the Police as a Mindfulness Teacher.
The option to spread out the cost of payment into 3 instalments ,carries an additional charge of £45. Deposit of £195, plus 2 payments of £250 (payable by 31st March & 31st May)
