Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice? No, not like that. Don’t worry!
There won’t be headstand in sight here, and this class is suitable for all levels.
Sunday Soul Sessions are a chance for us to come together to move, breathe, and explore the depths of yoga practice and philosophy.
These sessions will support us in taking our yoga practice off the mat and into our daily lives. We’ll ask questions like: how can yoga practice be a force for good and positive change? How can I create a fairer society whilst stretching my hamstrings?
Each month’s session will have a set focus, and I’ll offer further practice, reading, reflection and action suggestions to continue your exploration until our next session.
At each 2.5hr session expect an hour and a half of movement, time for meditation and time for discussion. Join in person or online, in person spaces limited to 8.
£25 per person.
