Treat yourself to this 3.5 hour mini retreat that will bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation and support you to release stresses and tensions you may have been holding onto. Lead by Ellen Carr of Being Change, a qualified yoga teacher and holistic living coach, you’ll be in expert hands as you allow yourself this time to deeply rest, relax and restore.

The past few months have been tough for all of us. This mini retreat is designed to support us with everything we have been going through, and offer us tools to continue to help support ourselves through incorporating rest into our everyday reality.
Maybe you’ve felt an urge to slow down for a long time, perhaps you’ve often struggled with rest, or maybe you simply need the gift of time and somebody to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and release.
During this mini retreat you will learn tools and practices you can take into your daily life, to help you start bringing more rest into your everyday reality. You’ll unpack beliefs you hold around rest, and write yourself some new beliefs that serve you. Every retreat guest will get an accompanying PDF with further journaling question prompts, and ideas for how to incorporate radical rest into their daily lives.
Radical Rest Mini Retreat Schedule
10am – 12pm Arrival, welcome and restorative yoga and movement practice ending a deeply restful meditation
12pm – 1:15pm Discussion and journaling around rest, its current role in our lives, our beliefs around it and re-framing our beliefs and the role rest plays in our lives.
1:15pm – 1:30pm Closing ritual.
Each retreat guest will receive the replay video of the retreat to practice at their own leisure. This means if you can’t attend live, you’re still welcome to book a place as you can practice at your own pace with the replay.
This mini retreat is suitable for all, no yoga experience required – just a desire to rest and explore slowing down in your life.
