Karen will lead the movement practise & Bridget will lead the mindfulness session.

All are welcome and this mini-retreat is beginners-friendly.

🤗 There will be around 90 mins of movement, then, as always, a lovely nourishing yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Bridget will then take over with her mindfulness session to finish 🤗
