What yoga poses or movements bring you joy? If you let Karen know, she will magically weave your request into this session making it all about YOU🤗
Karen will lead 2 hrs of movement, we’ll grab a cuppa then settle into 30 mins of mindfulness with Bridget. Then, as always, a lovely nourishing yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to finish the session.
