Each monthly yoga workshop, we have a different theme or approach to finding your connection to calmness.

Karen is a fully qualified Yoga, Somatics & Yoga Nidra teacher. She uses all of these practises to explore moving & then finding stillness, connecting body & breath. Perfect for you to find your Ahh…

Bridget (Mindful Manchester) will lead a mindfulness exploration giving you tools to just cope with life!!

If you are feeling overwhelm or just wanting some wonderful feeling movement, this is right up your street.

Karen & Bridget will draw on their many years of teaching experience to provide a creative approach to enable you to enjoy this yoga workshop & walk out hopefully calmer than you walked in.

This is a perfect antidote for a stressed out life.  If you fancy some me-time this will also give you that too!!

All are welcome and this mini-retreat is beginners-friendly.
