Join Karen on an exploration based around the psoas, which connects legs to body, emotions to the body whilst also connecting body & breath. If you are feeling overwhelm or just wanting some wonderful feeling movement, this is right up your street.
Karen will draw on her 15 years of teaching experience to provide a creative approach to enable you to enjoy this workshop.
This is a perfect antidote for a stressed out life, sat at a computer, achy back, & sore hips. Or if you fancy some me-time this will also give you that too!!
